Hello

Your findings may indicate emphysematous changes in lungs.
It is evident by marked hyperexpansion of lungs and paucity of peripheral pulmonary vascularity.
Emphysema is a chronic disease of lungs that primarily causes shortness of breath. In emphysema, lung tissues that are necessary to support the physical shape and function of lung are damaged.
It may be due to many causes like cigarette smoking,alpha-1-antitrypsin, airway hyperreactivity, heredity etc.

Its treatment is conservative in the form of bronchodilators, steriod, antibiotics etc.

Other findings like cardiac size is within normal limit.

Get well soon.
Take Care
